Gas Leak

If you smell gas and you are on gas mains call National Grid Emergency Line 0800 111 999.

LPG

For LPG please call the number on the bulk storage vessel or meter.

Electrical Concerns

Check the fuseboard and then check if your neighbour has power.

Alternatively call your electricity provider – numbers for emergencies are always on your bill or online on the suppliers website

Water Escape

Turn the water supply off at the stopcock and call the designated contractor.

PLEASE NOTE if you call a contractor during out of normal office hours and it is not an emergency, you will be responsible for payment of the contractors invoice.
